Well from these examples, your ninja would have to be facing incredible g-force winds or his pants are made of chiffon. Either way, the cloth still goes in the direction of the wind. You can see in the first example that all the fold lines are vertical because the wind is going up. The second one is weird because the front part of the dress isn't doing anything, so it seems like they're using a fan or something to get that updraft effect in the back. Anyway, it's ultimately up to you, but to be honest the first thing I thought was that some coral had taken over his pants :(
Ya I was thinking of where to place him... he was going to be on top of an aerial antenna or top of a building. But, you are right about the legs, I've been getting alot of feedback about the legs.. I'll have to fix them... :)
